Back by demand:
Wine and Dine
In November of 2011 we will continue with this
successful community table concept November 12 Harvest dinner December 3 Turkey dinner see information below
Mary-Ann
likes to cook (she is a self proclaimed ‘foodie’)! Most
customers know that by now and have come to appreciate her cooking
skills. But Mary-Ann likes to create more than her delicious soups,
her famous egg salad or her mouth watering rhubarb cake with ice
cream and caramel sauce. Mary-Ann also feels that eating out does
not have to mean eating too much salt or fat and all in huge portions.
The Blooming Field’s philosophy is simple: our menu consists of healthy, well balanced meals, all made from scratch with
the focus on cooking and baking using as many Alberta products as
possible. Meat comes from local farmers and produce is grown in
our own garden and greenhouse. The portions are well balanced with
great emphasis on texture and flavor, leaving you very satisfied
without feeling bloated and numbed after dinner. Due to a demand
for evening dinners, we at The Blooming Fields came up with our
new project in the 2008-2009 winter season we called it Community
Connections Dinner at The Blooming Fields (Pim and Mary-Ann came
across this concept while traveling in Holland, where it is a huge
success).

This November (2011) we will be hosting evening suppers on:
November 12th and December 3 at 6:30 pm.

gourmet dinner, created from our own Albertan garden: organic potatoes,
vegetables and fruit, and grass-fed chicken raised without any
chemicals or hormones. How much better does it get? Price $ 29.95 p.p. December 3 We serve our all time favourite: THE TURKEY DINNER!

The setting is different from any restaurant in this area. We would
like to offer our customers a warm and welcoming atmosphere to dine
in while giving them the opportunity to interact with each other and
to meet new people. Our tables will be set for 4 – 8 people.
If you are coming with a group of four or more, you can choose to
have your table for your own party OR you can share your table with
other diners. If you are a party of less than four people we would
like to encourage you to join a community table where you can enjoy
your dinner and meet new people!

This will be especially interesting for new people in the community
who are looking to make new acquaintances; however, the community
table is not just for newcomers! Even if you have lived in the area
all your life it will still be interesting to share a table with people
whom you would perhaps never have crossed paths with. At any rate,
you will have at least one common denominator: an interest in, and
enjoyment of, great food!!!

Remember: eating out is not just about food alone but rather the whole
spectrum: great food, a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.
We at The Blooming Fields will do everything possible to make your
venture into this new way of dining out a memorable one…….one
that will make you want to come back for more!
To attend one of these evenings, we ask that you book at least three
days ahead of time. This will give us plenty of time to create and
prepare a wonderful supper for you.
